Outspan Fresh Ltd, have selected and implemented the LINKFresh®
business management solution from Microsoft Gold Partner Anglia Business
Solutions.
Outspan Fresh specialises in supplying juicing equipment
and raw materials for squeezing fresh juice on site. The company has
ambitious growth plans in its chosen marketplace. These were hampered by a
lack of integration between the various IT systems in use within the
organisation. “We had an accounting system that looked after the finances”
explained IT Manager Malcolm Cranney. “However, our other processes were
managed by a mixture of spreadsheets and manual processes. This led to
duplication of information throughout the company. What we needed was a
centralised business management system that provided us with one truth on
what was happening with our clients and products”.

Launched earlier this year, LINKFresh® is a
Microsoft Navision based solution developed by Anglia specifically for the
fresh produce industry. This implementation handles financial, fixed assets,
order processing, inventory management and distribution. The Outspan Fresh
system has used LINKFresh® to replace all existing disparate
systems to provide the company with a totally integrated business management
system.
